Responsibilities include :

• Greeting patients and confirming the accuracy of prescription information prior to filling
• Data entry of patient care information
• Third-party adjudication (if necessary)
• Accurate dispensing of prescription medications
• Maintaining pharmacy stock through inventory control
• Handling OTC inquiries from patients and referring to Pharmacist when needed
• Managing customer prescription pickups

Qualifications :

• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
