HealthOne Medical & Wellness is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team in Toronto. You will support prescription processing, provide friendly customer service, and help ensure efficient pharmacy operations that enhance patient experience.
The role requires at least one year of experience, strong communication, and accuracy. You will work under a Pharmacist, manage inventory, assist with insurance claims, and help patients with OTC inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

As a Pharmacy Assistant at HealthOne, you will support the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will assist in the efficient processing of prescriptions, provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, and ensure smooth pharmacy operations that contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering patient and prescription information, supporting the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a Pharmacist, assisting with third‑party claim submissions, and helping patients with general over‑the‑counter inquiries. You will also play an important role in maintaining organized and well‑managed inventory to ensure medication and product availability.
This position requires a proactive and compassionate approach, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. You will help uphold HealthOne’s commitment to safety, accuracy, and holistic patient care by following regulatory standards and ensuring meticulous documentation practices.
