Pharmacistowned and independent, Harrisville Pharmacy and Home Health & Wellness Centre opened in December2020 to bring a modern, personal approach to Moncton’s healthcare. We pride ourselves on advanced services — community immunizations, treatment of common conditions, travel health consultation, medication reviews, and home health and wellness products and services such as mastectomy prostheses, compression garments, ostomy care, and mobility aids.

Role Overview

Join our team to enhance the pharmacy’s daily operations and client experience. You’ll support pharmacists and technicians with:

Prescription & Clinical Support

• Process new prescriptions: intake, data entry, labelling, vials, blister packs.
• Manage adherence aids (e.g., Precision Packs, Dispill), basic Level A compounding.
• Help facilitate opioidagonist therapy, medication renewals, and drug transfers.
• Assist triaging and managing appointments for vaccinations and injections.
• Provide support for pharmacists-led clinical services such as assessments and treatment for common conditions and travel health consultations.
• Identify opportunities for medication review services.
  
  

Inventory & Operations

• Receive and manage inventory: ordering, stocking, expiry tracking.
• Maintain store presentation and pharmacy documentation.
• Perform cash management, opening/closing routines, and maintain cleanliness.
  
  

Customer Service & Virtual Care

• Welcome and assist clients by phone, inperson, or via digital platforms.
• Guide product selection and efficiently triage clients to pharmacists/technicians.
• Support online prescription refill, newprescription form, and transfer processes.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Canadian pharmacy experience required—must understand local regulatory/documentation processes and use of pharmacy software.
• Fluent English; French bilingualism is a strong asset.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Professionalism, empathy, and strong teamwork skills.
• Comfortable adapting to virtual care tools.
• Familiarity with thirdparty billing is an asset.
