Job summary

Rexall is a community-focused health and wellness retailer with 7000+ team members across Canada. This role supports pharmacists, assists with prescriptions, inventory, and customer service in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

You will prepare, package and distribute prescriptions, enter data into the pharmacy system, monitor stock and expiry dates, and may perform cashier duties. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist with the preparation, packaging, and distribution of patient prescriptions
• Evaluate legality, interpret and input all prescriptions, labels and consent forms to ensure patient information is up to date and in the pharmacy’s computer system
• Complete documentations such as third party management and reconciliation, filling prescriptions, printing, invoices, etc.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify approaching and critical expiry dates
• Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required
• This is role is filling an existing vacancy on the team.
