This role is 37.5 hours per week and requires the Administrative Assistant to be on site in our Millennium Drive office location a few days per week, and the flexibility if desired, to work remote from home a few days per week. The work schedule is Monday to Friday daytime hours.

Your every day with us:
As a Pharmacy/Administrative Assistant, you are the front-line receiving authorization requests via fax from providers. In this role you will ensure all necessary information is obtained to process the authorization requests and resolve issues while demonstrating you're above and beyond client focused attitude.

What you need to succeed:

  • You like helping people - this is non-negotiable.
  • You are a good communicator - you are clear, concise and friendly.
  • Bilingualism is a requirement for this role both English and French
  • Whatever it takes attitude, you like a new challenge every day.
  • You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree in health or Medical field or Administration or equivalent;
  • Strong technical aptitude - you can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • You are a problem-solving master with strong critical thinking skills; you understand client needs and learn quickly how to get the best results in any environment.
  • You can handle the good and challenging calls/cases.
  • Can work quickly and accurately under pressure of time restraints
  • Can work on your own and as a team member
  • Be well organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrate mature and professional judgment and decision-making ability
