Job summary

Pharmasave Victoria Park in Calgary is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team. This position is connected to a compounding pharmacy attached to a family medical clinic and a private medical practice. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Our mission is to offer exceptional patient-centered care in an inclusive and professional pharmacy setting. Hours cover 8:30am-8pm on weekdays, with Saturday hours and Sunday off, while promoting a full scope of clinical practice in Alberta.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy.
• Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration is required or possessed.
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and related training when required.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software solutions, preferably Kroll.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, patient-centered healthcare and medication advice.
• Accurately prepare, check, and dispense prescriptions.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support home healthcare solutions and clinical services.
• Be a member of the community and foster local relationships.
• Other duties as required.

• Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support home healthcare solutions and clinical services
• Being a member of the community and fostering local relationships
• Other duties as required
• Licensed and in good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacy
