Pharmasave Milligan Drive in Okotoks is seeking a part-time pharmacist to join our team. We offer a predictable schedule on Fridays and Saturdays with vacation coverage throughout the year, focusing on building long-term relationships with patients and providing exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacy.
• Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration.
• Additional Prescribing Authorization strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software (Kroll).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit independent pharmacy team.
• CDE – Certified Diabetes Educator is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive patient care and exceptional service to customers.
• Ensuring accurate and appropriate dispensing of medication.
• Performing clinical services such as vaccine administration and medication reviews.
• Completing appropriate documentation for all patient care activities.
• Deliver personalized, patient-centered healthcare and medication advice.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support home healthcare solutions and clinical services.
• Other duties as required.

We are a locally owned family pharmacy focused on engaging with patients in the community to improve their health related-outcomes. This role is specifically looking for a part-time pharmacist to work Fridays and Saturdays, with vacation coverage throughout the year.

Our mission at Pharmasave is to offer exceptional patient centered care in an inclusive and professional pharmacy. Our priority is the health and wellness of our patients and are committed to the full scope of the clinical practice of pharmacy.

Hours of operation are 9am-6:30pm Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday, 10am-2pm Saturday and closed Sunday.

• Providing comprehensive patient care and exceptional service to customers
