Qualifications

• Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing.
• Injection certification.

• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and required training when applicable.
• Ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing and vaccinations.
• Maintain inventory within the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations, policies and procedures.
• Stay current on trends in the pharmacy industry and new medications.
• Provide private consultations with patients in a patient-centred care culture.
• Provide clinical services including medication management and health screening.
