Role Overview

Position Details

This is a 10-month term opportunity.

Responsibilities

1. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within your territory, including medication reviews, health risk assessments, and vaccinations.
2. Offer counseling and education tailored to patient needs, including literacy and hearing considerations.
3. Develop care plans, follow up, and ensure proper documentation.
4. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional programs to deliver health & wellness services.
5. Engage with all areas of Fusion for seamless patient care.
6. Ensure prescription safety and support pharmacy technicians and assistants.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company programs.
8. Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Ontario.
• Injection and First Aid Certification.
• Experience with Kroll software is preferred.
