Responsibilities

3. Initiate care plans, follow-up, and documentation.

5. Engage with all areas of Fusion to ensure seamless patient care.
6. Prioritize prescription safety, supporting Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants.
7. Understand and promote all pharmacy service offerings and programs.
8. Stay current with pharmacy practices, regulations, and industry trends.
9. Adhere to all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
2. Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Alberta.
3. Injection and First Aid Certification.
4. Kroll software experience is preferred.
