Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

• Providing clinical services such as chronic health condition monitoring, medication reviews, health risk assessments, prescription renewals or modifications, minor ailments, or other prescribing services as permitted in your province.
• Initiating care plans, following up, and completing documentation.
• Collecting relevant patient, drug, and medical information.
• Identifying and resolving drug-related problems.
• Monitoring and optimizing medication adherence.
• Providing tailored patient counseling to ensure understanding of medication, considering literacy, hearing loss, privacy, etc.
• Understanding all pharmacy offerings and providing personalized interactions and interventions.

Customer Service:

• Providing superior service and exceeding patient expectations.
• Greeting patients promptly and professionally with warmth, empathy, and compassion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in your province.
• Authorization to Administer Injections.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to all applicable company standards.
