Job summary

Revolution Recruiting, LLC is seeking a licensed Pharmacist (Part Time) for an on-site role at 572 Parliament St, Toronto, ON M4X 1P8. This position invites a patient-focused professional to contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical care in a community setting.

You will collaborate with the team to ensure timely healthcare delivery, perform medication reviews, and participate in vaccine administration where applicable.

Qualifications

• A license to practice pharmacy in Ontario or another Canadian province.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other team members to provide timely healthcare service delivery and an exceptional client experience.
• Utilizing your full scope of practice including but not limited to assessment and prescribing, medication reviews, and vaccine administration.
• Methadone dispensing experience
• Blister packing experience
• Proficient in Kroll
