We are hiring a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for C&R Pharmacy in West Liberty, Ohio. We are looking for a pharmacist with the knowledge, skills, and ability to run the day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain medication inventory, and provide leadership for the short- and long-term growth of the business, all while ensuring the pharmacy provides high-level patient care.

A Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is a licensed pharmacist responsible for the overall operation of a pharmacy. The PIC must be knowledgeable in the latest developments in pharmacy and able to apply this knowledge effectively. Strong leadership and management skills are essential. The PIC's role is critical to the success of the pharmacy, including ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality patient care. They must work closely with healthcare professionals like physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes. Additionally, PICs have a community responsibility, which may include patient education on medication use and collaborating on public health initiatives.
