  5. Precept and mentor pharmacy students, residents, and pharmacists.

As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing pharmaceuticals, managing medication therapy, and overseeing compounding and packaging activities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP), and additional Prescribing Authorization (APA). Recent graduates with ACP licensure in 2024 have a one-year window to achieve APA status.

Preferred qualifications include completion of an accredited hospital pharmacy residency, recent Connect Care inpatient experience, and comprehensive medication management in an acute hospital setting.
