Qualifications

Description

Lake of the Woods District Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to join our interprofessional health care team. The core responsibilities include drug therapy monitoring, inpatient counseling, participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings, drug information and supporting the drug distribution system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
