Job summary

PharmaChoice Canada seeks a dedicated pharmacist to lead patient care and clinical services within a community setting. You will assess patients, manage therapies, and provide counseling as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to optimal health outcomes.

You will administer injections and vaccines, renew prescriptions, and ensure safe dispensing with strict regulatory compliance, while sharing drug information with patients and caregivers.
