Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion in patient care, customer service, workflow efficiency, and clinical services (disease management, medication reviews, health risk assessments, injections/vaccines, etc.)
• Provide patient counseling and education tailored to individual needs and concerns (literacy, hearing loss, privacy, etc.)
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and document appropriately
• Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to deliver health and wellness services
• Ensure seamless care across all locations through active engagement in Fusion
• Prioritize prescription safety, supporting Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as needed
• Understand and promote all relevant pharmacy services and programs to meet patient needs
• Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulations, and industry trends; attend training as required
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention, CQI)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the responsible province
• Injection and First Aid Certification
• Kroll software experience preferred

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $58.00 - $61.00 per hour. Compensation will consider location, experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
