Job summary

Smith's Pharmacy in Toronto is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our compassionate team. You will verify prescriptions, oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding, counsel patients on medications and supplements, and collaborate with physicians to tailor therapies for individuals.

We offer full-time hours, 8-hour shifts, with some weekend availability. Compensation ranges from $50–$65 per hour, plus extended health care, flexible scheduling and a store discount.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Part A pharmacist registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (required). Pharmacists licensed in another province must hold OCP registration before their start date.
• Experience: At least 1 year as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting
• Compounding: Sterile or non-sterile compounding experience is strongly preferred
• Patient care: A track record of exceptional, patient-centred service
• Health focus: A genuine passion for health, wellness and preventative care
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients and healthcare teams
• Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Organization: Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism: Commitment to Smith's Pharmacy policies and provincial healthcare standards

Responsibilities
