The Central Fill Pharmacy team in Richmond Hill is growing! We are seeking a full time Central Fill Pharmacist to work onsite. We prefer someone who is available to work rotating day and evening shifts.

You’re an energetic team player with the ability to swiftly adapt to changing environments. You display clinical confidence and pharmacy acumen and can apply your experience to provide valuable business insights. You will partner with senior leaders and healthcare stakeholders and provide input for transformational initiatives such as streamlining the exchange of information from doctors to pharmacies or improving transparency in drug coverage for patients. You'll be part of a team that will lead the digital pharmacy industry.

What you’ll do

  • Complete pharmacist duties and verifications as part of daily fulfillment requirements using Kroll paperless workflow
  • Prescription record management
  • Workflow management to meet daily business needs and operational effectiveness
  • Assess and assist with other pharmacy/business duties when required
  • Assist with brand awareness through collaboration with Plan Sponsors
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of pharmacist duties
  • Work with key team members to provide business insights to develop transformative initiatives
Qualifications

What you bring

  • Licensed and in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Necessary liability insurance to practice pharmacy
  • Clinical confidence
  • Solid understanding of TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software
  • Technologically savvy

Salary Range: $88,000 - $132,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
