Job description

Edmonds Pharmacy in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, is seeking a full-time pharmacist to join our community-focused, innovative team. We are an independently owned pharmacy with an in-house hearing clinic, located alongside PrimeCare Medical Clinic and other healthcare providers, fostering a collaborative environment centered on patient care.

We prioritize relationship-based care, clinical services, and addressing the health needs of our diverse community beyond traditional dispensing.

What You’ll Do
  1. Provide patient-centered care including medication reviews, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
  2. Manage dispensary operations with attention to safety and compliance.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals within our shared space.
  4. Support clinical programs such as blister packaging, medication witnessing, and outreach services.
  5. Contribute to a team environment and mentor support staff or students.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Experience with WinRx software is preferred.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary setting.
  5. Passion for clinical pharmacy and long-term patient care.

Compensation includes $58–$60/hour plus a 20% clinical bonus. We offer a supportive team environment, opportunities for growth within a progressive community pharmacy, and meaningful interdisciplinary collaboration.
