Job summary

Dales Pharmacy is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Toronto, ON. You will support pharmacists by processing prescriptions, preparing medications, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will also manage inventory, perform prescription checks, and assist patients with inquiries to maintain a welcoming pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate holds an Ontario pharmacy technician license, has 2 years of Kroll experience, and can commute to our Parliament

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Ontario Pharmacy Technician license.
• 2 years of Kroll experience.
• Able to commute to our downtown location at 572 Parliament St, Toronto, ON M4X 1P8.
• Attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and package medications for dispensing.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform regular checks.
• Conduct prescription checks and blister pack corrections.
• Mentor and assist with filling prescriptions as needed.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service to patients.

Role Description

The Registered Pharmacy Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. In this position, the technician supports pharmacists by accurately processing prescriptions, preparing and packaging medications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, prescription checks, blister pack corrections, mentoring and filling prescriptions . The role also involves providing courteous, knowledgeable customer service, answering routine inquiries, and helping patients with prescription pick-up and over-the-counter product information. The technician works closely with pharmacy team members to maintain an efficient workflow and a welcoming environment for patients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician license recognized in Ontario or another Canadian Province
• Must have a solid 2 years of Kroll experience
• Can commute to our downtown location on 572 Parliament St, Toronto, ON M4X 1P8
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform on-site duties in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
