Pharmacist - Hamilton/Niagara - Full-Time, Permanent - Healthcare

We’re seeking a Community Pharmacist to join our client's dynamic retail pharmacy team. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care through prescription verification, counseling, and education.
  • Deliver and expand clinical services, including medication reviews and immunizations.
  • Offer expert OTC and self-care recommendations.
  • Collaborate with a strong, experienced pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service.
  • Maintain compliance with pharmacy standards, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (or eligible for licensure within 3 months).
  • Injection certification required.
  • Previous community pharmacy experience preferred but not required; new grads are welcome to apply.
  • Willingness to balance shifts equitably among pharmacist team members.
