A leading organization is seeking a Pharmacist to coordinate pharmacy services and manage medications for patients. You will be responsible for patient counseling, supervision of dispensing activities, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Position Purpose: Coordinate and assist in managing and participating in pharmacy services, including dispensing of medications, quality assurance and clinical monitoring activities.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and 3+ years of mail order, retail or hospital pharmacy experience OR Pharm D.
Licenses/Certifications: Current state’s Pharmacist license and license at other states as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specialty Pharmacy experience is highly desired.
Must be willing to work a closing schedule (until 6:00 PM Pacific Time).
Must hold an active pharmacist license in California (CA), Texas (TX), Florida (FL), or Missouri (MO).
While the current position holder is based in Sacramento (near our pharmacy location), we are open to remote candidates licensed in the above states who can reliably support operations until close of business.
