The Lennox and Addington County General Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy department providing patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient services, including oncology. You will participate in medication management, drug use review, education, and information delivery within a multi-disciplinary team.
Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, you will lead activities in drug information, staff training, and adherence to provincial standards.

Basic Function and Scope:
The pharmacist will provide individualized, patient-centered pharmacy care as part of a multi-disciplinary team for inpatient and outpatient clinical services, including Oncology.

Provide leadership and support for staff involved in the medication use process according to departmental policies, provincial guidelines and Professional Standards of Practice.

Pay Rate:
$50.17-$66.63
