As a Territory Representative you will take a patient-centric approach with the execution of brand strategy and sales tactics, allowing for you to effectively manage an assigned territory with targeted accounts. You will build strong customer relationships, understand and solve customer needs, and maximize short and long-term sales objectives.
To achieve success in this position you will:
- Use evidence-based selling to drive sales and provide healthcare professionals with up to date product information.
- Action a strategic plan for your territory that incorporates pre-call planning, post call evaluation, and reach and frequency targets.
- Actively participate in team meetings and proactively share best practices and field insights.
- Differentiate the value proposition with healthcare professionals and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.
- Complete all administrative tasks including call reporting and expense reporting within the designated timeframes.
- Meet (and exceed!) your sales targets, brand KPI’s, financial targets and marketing objectives.
- Follow the company code of conduct, policies and procedures.
What you bring to the table...
- A completed university degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or a business-related field.
- A valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for territory travel.
- A minimum of three years of field based pharmaceutical sales experience, with previous experience in psychiatry being an asset.
