Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Representative for Primary Care/Neurology in Ontario. You will drive territory sales through effective communication of product information, build relationships with physicians and pharmacists, and organize CME events to support education and brand objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years in pharmaceutical sales, knowledge of neurology, and proficiency with CRM and digital engagement tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in Primary Care and/or Neurology is preferred.
• Experience organizing and supporting CME programs and educational events.
• Knowledge of the assigned territory is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved product and brand messages to targeted family physicians, general practitioners and pharmacists in accordance with product monograph and brand strategy.
• Build strong relationships with customers, both in person and in a virtual environment.
• Organize and coordinate speaker programs, symposia, virtual events, exhibits, and CME activities in support of brand objectives.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Leverage customer insights and market knowledge to identify opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and external partners to support territory execution.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints per corporate procedures.

The Pharmaceutical Representative executes territory business plans, engages customers both in-person and virtual interactions, and contributes to the successful implementation of educational and customer engagement initiatives to support the appropriate use of neurology and migraine treatment options.
