Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing formulations and manufacturing processes for products under development.

Your primary functions will include drafting protocols for laboratory batches of products under development, manufacturing laboratory batches of products under development, drafting documents related to pre-formulation and formulation, compiling analytical data obtained during stability programs for laboratory batches, drafting development reports related to product formulation, providing support for products under development, and providing support for commercial products as part of transfers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• Bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, or biochemistry;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing pharmaceutical product formulations;
• Good knowledge of GMP;
• Bilingualism (French / English) and excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office;
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
• Good organizational skills and strong writing abilities;
• Ability to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and / or frequent changes in priorities.
