Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Territory Sales professional to drive product sales and profitability across Montreal, Laval, and Abitibi regions.

You will act as the primary contact for pharmacies and healthcare professionals, expanding market coverage and managing key accounts. Responsibilities include developing business plans, tracking performance, and collaborating with Marketing, Customer Service, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Business.
• 3–5 years retail sales experience in pharmaceuticals or competitive B2B retail sales.
• Ability to drive throughout the territory with occasional overnight travel.
• Fully bilingual in English and French; strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong sales skills and business acumen.
• Ability to use internal support systems, perform sales analysis, and develop strategic plans.
• Demonstrated success managing large geographic territories and diverse customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass territory sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement a Sun Business Plan; re-evaluate quarterly.
• Monitor competitive activity and industry trends in the territory.
• Communicate market information on competitors, customer behavior, and trends.
• Be Sun Canada’s focal point with all customers in the territory.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly.
• Manage trade spends per account to maximize profitability.
• Attend customer and association trade shows as required by Manager.
• Develop and deliver regional presentations; share best practices.
