Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies for Roche Pharma Technical Operations in Mississauga.
• Support site communications to inform employees about initiatives, priorities and events across channels (Town Halls, newsletters, intranet).
• Collaborate with Pharma Technical functions to align messaging and create content.
• Coordinate special projects or visits by Global Visitors, including logistics and project management.
• Build project management and organizational skills with mentor guidance to support career goals.
