As a Pharma Technical Intern, you will join our Mississauga team to gain direct exposure to core technical operations vital to manufacturing life‑saving medicines. In this hands‑on early‑career role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, apply new technologies, and drive initiatives that enhance business productivity and profitability. You will experience agile project rotations while receiving dedicated mentorship to shape your long‑term career goals.
Educational Background: You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical), Biochemistry, Biology, Business, or Operations.
Relevant Experience: Possess internship or work experience within an operational setting.
Core Competencies: Demonstrate foundational project management understanding, effective time management, and strong problem‑solving skills.
Communication & Collaboration: Exhibit strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Duration & Start Date: 12-month internship starting approximately January 2027. Work Modality: Full‑time (35 hours per week) in a hybrid setup, requiring the majority of days on‑site at the Mississauga campus. This position is not eligible for relocation support The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57 416,00 and 75 358,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors as determined by the company.
