Pharma Sales Representative, Ophthalmology – Specialty and Primary Care, Ontario East or Ontario West

Job Description & Key Responsibilities : XEDITON seeks energetic, self-motivated professionals with strong communication skills for the role of Sales Representatives in various provinces. Responsibilities include developing business relationships with GPs and Specialists, mainly Ophthalmologists, in both community and hospital settings. The role involves supporting brand growth, working with stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning and territory management
  • Develop and maintain a sales plan using the Company’s CRM system
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize opportunities
  • Seek promotional opportunities, develop campaigns to drive sales
  • Conduct sales calls on GPs, Specialists, hospitals, and pharmacies
  • Build productive relationships by understanding customer needs
  • Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and territory analysis
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Support operational marketing plans
  • Attend relevant meetings and promote product awareness
  • Manage key accounts and handle product complaints appropriately
Skills & Qualifications :

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, resourceful, and adaptable with the following qualifications:

  • University Degree, preferably in Science
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Ophthalmology
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; social media experience is a plus
