Job summary

BIOVECTRA, now part of Agilent, is hiring a Production Technician in Windsor, NS to operate and monitor pharmaceutical processing units for APIs and fermentation products. Responsibilities include handling hazardous materials, performing process sampling, and supporting continuous improvement within the batch record system.

The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2+ years in regulated settings, and strong attention to detail. Shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• 0–2+ years in a cGMP or regulated environment is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, adjust and maintain pharmaceutical processing units.
• Perform process sampling and testing (pH, conductivity, etc.).
• Collaborate with teams to maximize production efficiency and safety.
• Prepare shift summaries and maintain process documentation.
