Job summary

A leading facility management provider in Kitchener seeks a skilled technician to service and maintain petroleum equipment and related systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This role requires a valid driver’s license and involvement in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities :

  • Service and maintain petroleum equipment, systems, and accessories essential to site operation;
  • Repair and maintain leak detection systems;
  • Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company positively at all times;
  • Exercise independent judgment in solving unusual work problems;
  • Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals;
  • Complete all documentation accurately and timely;
  • Follow company health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Work under stress and manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • Participate in an on-call 24/7 rotation;
  • Work with English-speaking clients.
