We’re currently seeking a Petroleum Manager to become part of our dynamic team in our Bulk Fuel department in Innisfail, Alberta.
Position: Petroleum Manager
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Weekdays
Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to all guests and staff
- Achieve sales, margin, expense, operations, and inventory goals for the Petro Sites including cardlock locations
- Operate the point-of-sale system; work with customers, taking payments
- Ensure claims, invoices, and other paperwork are completed timely and accurately
- Provide input for budget, for expenses and capital purchases for the locations
- Support the Petro sales team in promoting all products
- Maintain cardlock facilities and monitor cardlock reporting
- Work with dispatch to schedule drivers
- Operate a forklift
- Follow and enhance Central Alberta Co-op policies, procedures, loss prevention, and health and safety programs
- Verify the accuracy of inventory received into the warehouse and accurately process paperwork for the admin department
- Be familiar with inventory controls, ensure inventory counts are completed, and rotate inventory as required, following period-end processes
- Supervise the location team members and collaborate with Division Manager on performance reviews
- Collaborate with other locations and with division marketing efforts and participate in advertising responsibilities
- Ensure all facilities and equipment meet the image checklist, management of assets and maintenance schedule
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the division manager
Qualifications
- Grade 12 education
- 3-5 years of Management experience
- Fuel delivery experience
- Minimum of a valid Class 3 Driver's Licence
- Proficient computer skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
