Location: Initial store management training will be at 5329 Boundary Road. Responsibilities will include managing additional stores in Cornwall and Renfrew.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and performance.

Vehicle: Required for travel between locations. Gas allowance included.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager / Supervisor to take full ownership of operations at multiple Petro Canada locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in gas station and convenience store management, with the ability to lead by example and drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take full control of day-to-day operations across multiple store locations
  2. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
  3. Hire, train, and evaluate store staff to ensure high productivity and service quality
  4. Create and manage employee schedules
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store at all times
  6. Oversee stock levels, order inventory, and ensure timely restocking
  7. Coordinate with suppliers and the accounting team to process payments
  8. Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise
  9. Travel as needed between store locations (gas allowance included)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in gas station or convenience store management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work hands-on and lead by example
  • Physically capable of handling manual tasks
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
