As an inside sales consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Managing customer requests sent by phone or email.
• Attending customers at the sales counter.
• Processing orders in our computer system.
• Promoting products.
• Informing customers based on their needs.
• Identifying parts.
• Communicating technical information on products.
