You will educate pet parents about our training benefits and deliver pet training in accordance with the company's standards. Ideal candidates will have retail experience, a background in pet training, and excellent communication skills. Formación

• 1-2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Accredited in PetSmart Training Instructor Course.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with pet parents and pets during training.
