Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Accredited in PetSmart Training Instructor Course.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pet training services in accordance with PetSmart’s curriculum.
• Sell training classes in store, over the phone and online.
• Create a safe environment for pets and people.
• Maintain cleanliness in the pet training area.
