Job summary

Petbarn in Brookvale is seeking an experienced Pet Stylist for full-time or part-time work in our modern, air-conditioned salon. You will clip and scissor across breeds, support training, and contribute to a friendly team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional grooming experience.
• Ability to complete grooming confidently across breeds.

• Confidence managing consultations, quotes, bookings, invoicing and ordering.
• Support salon operations and contribute to team management.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pet Stylist to join our Brookvale salon on a full-time or part-time basis.

You’ll have the opportunity to maximise your earning potential through our bonus grooming incentive program.

As an Experienced Pet Stylist, you must be confident clipping and scissoring across all breeds without supervision, while also supporting the training and development of others.

What we’re looking for

• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment, and breed and coat types
• Confidence managing consultations, quotes, bookings, invoicing, ordering, and other day-to-day operational tasks
• The ability to support salon operations and contribute to effective team management
• The ability to complete 4–6 grooming services per day

As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a two-hour grooming trial.
