Job summary

Pet Planet Prince Albert is hiring for a part-time retail position. The role requires afternoon and evening availability from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and two weekends per month.

You will greet customers, assist with selecting pet foods and supplies, and operate the checkout. Prior retail or customer-service experience is an asset, as is knowledge of dogs, cats or pet products. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lb, stocking merchandise, and maintaining clean, organized displays.

Applicants must be available to work shifts between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and two weekends per month.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform other retail duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Must be available two weekends per month
• Must be physically able to repeatedly lift more than 50 lb

• Comfortable approaching customers and offering assistance
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
