Pest Technician - We'll Train (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus Included)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pest Technician will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of various properties, including residential homes. They will identify pest problems, select effective eradication methods, and provide recommendations to prevent future infestations. Additionally, the role involves building new business through sales.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide guidance on the best extermination processes for identified infestations, including pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, or other pest control methods.
  2. Establish contact with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides, and power spraying equipment, including wearing protective gear.
  4. Manage schedules and routes to ensure timely completion of services.
  5. Address customer needs and optimize their pest control program on-site.
