Position Summary :

Responsible for pest control duties within a residential multi-family setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Inspect buildings and outdoor areas to identify infestation sources
• Determine treatment requirements and prepare chemical mixtures
• Set traps and install animal control barriers
• Prepare suites for pest treatment and clean areas harboring pests
• Advise managers and tenants on pest prevention
• Post notices for pest control treatments
• Assist with moving furniture and other tasks as needed
• Document work and prepare reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications and Requirements :

• First Aid and CPR certification (asset)
• Experience in residential pest control (asset)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass security clearance
• Physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs
