Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a temporary, seasonal part-time Delivery Driver in the Quebec City area. The role requires using your own vehicle to load, transport and deliver packages to customers in residential zones, with a fast-paced outdoor work environment and frequent lifting.

Shifts are Monday to Friday between 10am–7pm, starting around 10am–Noon, with a typical 3–5 hour daily commitment. An hourly wage of CAD 19, plus mileage reimbursement, applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Excellent customer contact and service skills.
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle to transport and deliver packages.
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Vehicle registered in candidate's name.
• Valid vehicle insurance.

Job Summary

This position is a temporary and seasonal Part‑time role requiring use of one's personal vehicle to deliver packages primarily in residential areas. Employee performs in a physical, fast‑paced, outdoor position involving continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieves, loads packages into personal vehicle, and delivers packages to customers.

Shift:

• Must be Available Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am – 7pm to work minimum 3-5 hours - Normally the start time is between 10am and Noon

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $19/h
• UPS will reimburse you 0.59$ for each kilometer you drive

• Valid class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs
