PERSONAL TRAINER

Who is a Personal Trainer?

Personal Trainers are responsible for developing a roster of clients and working with them to achieve their overall health and fitness goals.

What will you be doing?

  • Seeking out new clients
  • Understanding clients' health history and future goals to develop tailored, effective programs
  • Promoting all GoodLife training programs to support clients' health and fitness journeys
  • Handling administrative tasks related to client service (e.g., using GoodLife tools and software)

Do you have what it takes?

  • Willing to acquire a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within the first 75 days of employment
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness
  • Ability to coach and motivate others
  • Adaptability and openness to feedback with a growth mindset
  • Ability to work well with others and foster relationships
  • Commitment to contributing to a culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and community giving
