We are seeking skilled individuals to fill roles as PSWs and/or CAREGivers assisting seniors in the community of Terra Cotta.

We are looking to fill multiple roles with weekday and weekend availability.

Essential Job Functions

• Providing 1:1 care assistance to clients, individually or in teams
• Assisting in 2-person transfers using mechanical lifts or single assists
• Providing medication reminders
• Supporting clients with Activities of Daily Living such as toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation
• Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living like laundry, changing linens, and meal warming
• Maintaining communication about client care needs and reporting changes

Requirements of the Position

• A vehicle with valid auto insurance is an asset
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Certified PSW or International Nurse
• Experience with 2-person transfers preferred but training will be provided
• Experience with personal care
• Team player willing to collaborate with other CAREGivers
• Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, etc., is preferred but not required
