The Opportunity

The Personal Support Worker is responsible for providing care according to care plans and assisting in identifying resident needs. They help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

What You Will Need

• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate / Diploma Program.
• Meet the vocational standards of the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meet standards of the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meet standards of the Ontario Community Support Association.

Knowledge of simple treatments, bedside care, sanitation, and understanding geriatric residents' needs is essential.
