Job description

Bayshore is an eligible employer supporting the Health Force Ontario Funding program for PSW Graduates and Students. PSW Students completing their clinical placement with Bayshore may be eligible for $5,440, and PSW Graduates committing to one year of employment with Bayshore may be eligible for $10,000. Bayshore also supports relocation incentives for eligible PSW Graduates.

$23.64 to $24.86 per hour. Mileage reimbursement of $0.62/km.

Education:

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).

Attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English
  • French proficiency required for positions within Quebec or where French is a service requirement
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle

Successful candidates will be required to provide:

  • Two supervisory references
  • A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
  • Proof of being negative for TB
