The Opportunity

The Personal Support Worker is responsible for providing care to residents according to their care plans and assisting in identifying resident needs. They help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

• Monitoring care provided to residents, ensuring it aligns with care plans by observing and reporting findings to supervisors.
• Documenting resident care information as directed.

What You Will Need

• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate/Diploma Program.

• Meet the standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meet the standards outlined by the Ontario Community Support Association.
