• Must meet vocational standards set by the Ontario authorities.
• Knowledge of procedures and techniques for basic bedside care.
• Understand sanitation and cleaning basics for geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitors care per the plan by observing residents and reporting findings to supervisor.
• Assists in documenting resident care information as directed.
• Attends in-service education, staff meetings and workshops as directed.
