AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care in Ontario. You will support residents according to individualized care plans, document care activities, and participate in ongoing training and onboarding of new staff.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate/diploma is required.
• Meet Ontario vocational standards as per government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Document information related to resident care as directed.
• Attend in-service sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
• Assist in onboarding of new staff.
